Tariff Legend

1st price is a 4 berth chalet and the 2nd price is for 6 a berth. Bedding, electricity, welcome packs and amenity passes are included with the price. As there are NO amenities provided before 26th March 2010 or after the 6th November 2010 there is no charge for passes included.
Please phone for any SPECIAL OFFERS. (Spring, Easter, Autumn and Christmas/New Year breaks)
Split weeks eg. Monday to Friday and Friday to Monday are available on request. Shorter breaks are available in the low season on request. 10% OFF 2nd week if two weeks are booked at the same time.
INTEREST FREE payment 'by instalments' plans are available on request.
ON SITE entertainment, amenities and pool opening start the 26th March 2010.
Up to TWO dogs per chalet only. Cost for one dog for short breaks is £15 and £30 for a full week. (TWO dogs are total of £25 short break and £50 full week).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT

1. RENTAL PERIOD

Minimum period of let will be 1 week. *Shorter lets available on request
1 week consists of Saturday 4pm until next Saturday 10am.
Keys will be available from 4pm on day arrival.
Chalets must be vacated by 10am on day of departure.
Maximum number of people occupying one chalet will be 6 unless stated otherwise. (This does not include babies under 2 years of age).
No Smoking in Chalets.

2. PAYMENTS

A £100.00 deposit on confirmation of booking is required, and full payment 6 weeks before arrival.
If booking is made less than 6 weeks before arrival, payment due will be the full amount of booking including and supplements.
If booking is cancelled less than 6 weeks before arrival, no refund will be given. It is suggested that you take out cancellation insurance.
Any significant damages must be paid for on departure.
Deposit followed by INTEREST FREE INSTALLMENTS available upon request
